By using the Propertik Real Estate System, whether by registering, logging in, or using any of its services, you expressly and finally agree to all terms and conditions of service contained in this text, and this agreement is considered legally binding between you and the company that owns and operates the system.

The user explicitly and categorically acknowledges that all data entered into the system is correct, accurate, complete, and updated, and that all documents, files, and attachments uploaded or attached through the system are original, valid, and in effect. The user alone bears full responsibility for the accuracy of this data and documents and their legal, financial, or regulatory consequences.

The user agrees that the company's role is limited to providing a technical platform for managing and organizing real estate operations only. The company is not a party to any transactions, agreements, or legal or financial obligations arising between the user and any other party, nor does it provide any legal, religious, or financial guarantees or advice of any kind.

The company disclaims full responsibility for any damages, losses, claims, or disputes that may arise directly or indirectly from using the system, relying on data or documents entered therein, or from any decisions made by the user based on system outputs or reports. Use of the system is at the user's own risk.

The user alone bears full legal responsibility before all official, judicial, or regulatory authorities for any violations, disputes, or claims arising from their use of the system or the data or documents they provided, and undertakes to compensate and indemnify the company from any lawsuits, damages, costs, or expenses that may arise, including legal fees.

The company does not guarantee that the system will be free from errors or technical malfunctions, and bears no responsibility for any temporary or permanent service interruption, or for data loss resulting from technical failures, cyber attacks, force majeure, or any causes beyond its control. In all cases – if there is liability – it is limited to the subscription value paid for the last subscription period only.

The company is committed to taking reasonable technical measures to protect user data, and bears no responsibility for any breach or unauthorized use resulting from the user's negligence or sharing their login data with others. The user agrees to use their data within the scope of system operation and service improvement.

The user acknowledges their commitment to using the system lawfully and in accordance with applicable regulations and laws. The company has the right to suspend, disable, or terminate the user's account at any time and without prior notice in case of violation of these terms or suspicion of any unlawful use, without any obligation to compensate or refund amounts paid.

All intellectual property rights related to the system, including software, designs, trademarks, and content, are exclusively owned by the company and may not be copied, reused, or exploited in any form without prior written consent.

The company has the right to modify the terms and conditions of service at any time, and the user's continued use of the system after publishing modifications is considered explicit consent. These terms are subject to and interpreted according to the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts therein are the authority to resolve any disputes arising therefrom.

By using the Propertik system, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms of your own free will and without any coercion.
